We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join the Ecosystem Impact team as a Strategic Impact Partnerships, Senior Analyst. Our team is focused on building a diverse, equitable, and inclusive Salesforce partner ecosystem through programs that recruit, onboard, train & place talent, and nurture partner growth. This role is responsible for supporting the development and management of strategic impact partnerships with Salesforce customers, partners, and global organizations. The successful candidate will have experience working cross-functionally in a large company to align on strategic commitments and build relationships that drive impact. This role will work closely with the Head of Ecosystem Impact, and report directly to the Director of Global Strategy & Impact Partnerships.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and implementation of global strategic impact partnerships by identifying, establishing, and managing value-driven relationships in the Salesforce Partner Ecosystem.

Target and pursue opportunities with potential partners that lead to impact commitments aligning with organizational goals and set vision

Develop and support engagements through meeting preparation, facilitation, and follow-through with deal closure

Collaborate cross-functionally with partner account managers, sales, and corporate leaders to drive alignment and accountability

Use a data-driven approach to track, measure, and report on the impact of partnerships

Identify marketing opportunities to support the promotion of key partnerships and its collective impact

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years experience in managing strategic partnerships and/or engagements

Ability to work independently and take initiative, yet 100% devoted to the team

Strong communication and relationship-building skills at multiple levels including executive-level

Experience developing executive-level presentations

Understanding of the tech industry, workforce development, and DEI initiatives

Preferred Qualification:

Experience working with NGO, government, or international organizations to drive impact

Strong network of various organizations (Enterprise and/or Pub Sec)
