Position Summary:
As a Senior Client Communications Specialist, will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service. A Senior Client Communications Specialist can lead and accept responsibility with ultimate authority and decisions over all logistic procedures driven within the Client Communications Team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Be the front-line communication for Imagine.
Expert in Imagine systems.
Create and establish best practices.
Lead team meetings and organize workflow.
Analyze, manipulate, and transform client data in support of streamlining the ordering process.
Improve productivity, and reduce costs, fully participate in business unit's goals, and to be able to offer solutions against our PNL.
Creating a supportive and safe culture in which employees work safely and are supported in a high demanding environment
Maintain client accounts and meet purposed deadlines.

Minimum Qualifications:
2+ years of a Call Center experience and/or client facing environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
Degree Preferred
2+ years of a Call Center experience and/or client facing environment.

Knowledge and Skills:
Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizations skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
Demonstrate strong communication skills, an ability to interpret direction with minimal guidance.
Demonstrate acceptance of values, beliefs, and opinions of others
Ability to delegate, and to understand staff's strengths and training opportunities of each staff member.
Be the voice and help to engage others in a clean and comfortable workspace.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, with Intermediate Proficiency in Excel

The national pay range for this role is $45,299.90 - $50,000.00 per year. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift, and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission, or incentive program.
