FleetNet America,  a Cox Automotive brand, is currently hiring an  Inside Sales Mobility Consultant  to join our team. This role is remote. Ideal candidate will live in a  CST area.

The Inside Sales Consultant Mobility is responsible for qualifying and converting leads in addition to generating new sales opportunities to grow business with new clients in the FleetNet America space. They are responsible for identifying, qualifying, closing, retaining, and growing business with new and existing clients.

What You'll Do:


Meet and exceed sales goals by being an industry expert and highly skilled closer to retain and grow accounts
Research prospects and understand their business needs
Manage a lead prospecting pipeline with accurate information about potential clients
Generate new business via outbound calls, emails, texts, and other forms of communication
Maintain a high sales cadence to maximize client interactions
Manage and overcome objections to secure qualified meetings and close the sale
Qualify incoming leads through all lead generation streams (Website, tech referrals, etc.)
Consistently and effectively communicate FleetNet's value proposition
Maintain strong product and industry knowledge
Build and maintain a pipeline of active and passive prospects to minimize business disruption and secure continued growth
Utilize CRM to manage lead to revenue process flow (Lead generation a 1st Customer Invoice)
Proactively communicate account and sales information, as well as challenges to both sales management and sales leadership
Support FleetNet client base to ensure timely onboarding
Collaborate with other Cox Automotive business units to maximize revenue potential

Who You Are:

Minimum:


Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 4 years' experience in in sales outbound dialing/cold calling/appointment setting. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 2 years' experience; a Ph.D. and up to 1 year of experience; or 8 years' experience in a related field.
Basic understanding of territory management and outreach strategy required.

Preferred:


Deep level understanding of commercial trucking fleets (class 5-8), preferably in fleet maintenance
Performs the full range of activities within the sales lifecycle.
Has solid understanding of business, financials, products, services, the market and needs of assigned accounts.
Applies a broad knowledge of sales principles, practices,and procedures

USD 42,300.00 - 63,500.00 per year

Compensation:

Compensation includes a base salary of $42,300.00 - $63,500.00. The salary rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's experience. In addition to the salary range identified herein, this role is also eligible for an annual incentive/commission target of $50,000.00.
