Job Description
Analyze the company's operational performance, identify source of issues and areas for improvement, make recommendations, assist in their implementation, and monitor results. Job duties include: Analyze, sort and/or organize financial and other data including revenue, expenditure and employment reports, to measure performance and profitability. Evaluate operations, workflows, methods and procedures, personnel, and equipment to measure cost-effectiveness and/or utilization. Identify problems and issues to be solved and procedures to be improved. Develop solutions or alternative practices, recommend new systems, procedures or organizational changes, and assist in their implementation. Maintain and improve operational best practices. Track business and performance results and KPI, and prepare written reports and presentations to Management. Confer and coordinate with owners and managers to ensure newly implemented processes are working. Formulate and recommend operational objectives, plans and initiatives to further company's goals of development profitability and competitiveness.
