Job Description

Ecolab is seeking a Content Implementation Specialist I to join its EcoSure division, an industry leader in brand protection programs, to drive operational excellence and help our clients grow their business. Our associates are valued experts in brand standards, guest experience, food safety, public health, workplace safety, and product quality. EcoSure clients include top brands in the hospitality industry including foodservice and hotels, as well as convenience stores, facilities, and long-term care. We are seeking professionals to work cross functionally within EcoSure to support the development process of industry leading data collection and analytics platforms. These platforms help some of the world's leading brands capture, analyze, and improve on what matters most to them - protecting their brand.

What You Will Do:
Work with internal and external clients and act as an implementation lead for rolling out clients on our industry leading software technology platforms. Provide timelines and cost analysis for the project.
Act as a subject matter expert on technology solutions and under client's business needs to provide the clients with strategies and solutions using the technology platform.
Support the development process by analyzing client requirements, creating workflow processes and serving as a liaison between the client and the development/support teams.
Act as a liaison between the client, software development and business teams
Undertake all client communications as well as address their queries, as the primary point of contact
Communicate with technical and business leaders on business requirements, system-related capabilities, programming progress, and enhancement status
Work cross functionally to assist with the sales demos, prepare and provide inputs for technology RFPS.
Help support software sales efforts through presentations for, and technical discussions with, clients and prospective clients

Close visual acuity for viewing large amounts of data on a computer screen
Extensive reading

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree Business Administration or Information Technology
Basic understanding Microsoft Office Suite
Strong technical and organization skills
Ability to handle confidential information
No Immigration Sponsorship available

Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced Degree Business Administration or Information Technology
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work closely with internal teams and external contacts
Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic business
Ability to handle confidential information
