Target hiring range for this position will be between $67,000-$68,500 per year. Offered salary will be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
Job Summary:
The Director of Marketing and Fan Engagement will serve an integral role in the overall marketing and promotion of Northwestern Athletics with a primary focus on select sport programs. Reporting to the Associate Athletic Director for External Affairs, this position will facilitate the development and execution of strategic plans enhancing brand awareness, ticket sales, the fan/game experience and other revenue generating initiatives. This role will work closely with all members of the Athletic Department as well as numerous constituencies withing the University community.

Specific Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary from the Marketing department for assigned sport programs participating in cross-functional teams, collaborating with numerous external units within the department. This position will also serve as the secondary marketing contact for Northwestern Football working with the Associate AD of External Affairs on overall marketing strategy and the marketing plan.
