About the Role
As the Customer Success Executive (CSE) at Alight, your role involves ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing company offerings' value. This includes maintaining and growing revenue streams, delivering exceptional services and products, and ensuring sustained profitability and growth. You will also play a crucial role in building lasting relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
*Nurturing relationships with key stakeholders below the C-suite, fostering trust and understanding business objectives. You will be accountable for NPS enhancements, emphasizing genuine connections and robust professional relationships.
*Being the primary client contact, you will promptly and professionally handle inquiries and requests. Additionally, you will conduct regular check-ins and facilitate communication between clients and internal team.
*Acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams (e.g. product development, technical support) to address issues and resolve problems efficiently.
*Escalating critical issues or concerns raised by clients to appropriate stakeholders and ensure a timely resolution.
*Leading the strategy, preparation and execution of governance and stewardship routines including the QBR. Ensuring to lead with our "Value-forward" messaging to the clients across communications and discussions.
*Collaborating with Solutions and Delivery leaders to fulfill contract obligations and renew strategies. You will also optimize product/service value, ensuring effective execution and high-quality delivery.
*Collaborating with the Account Executive to analyze client relationships and devise strategic growth and retention plans. Your responsibilities will include mapping client relationships, determining effective long-term success strategies, and consulting clients on new services/products and/or best practices.
*Providing any insights or leads to the AE to enable growth and expansion of new services.

Requirements
*Bachelor's degree and/or a minimum of 10 years of equivalent work experience required.
*Have extensive experience in customer success, account management, or a related field. This includes significant leadership responsibilities.
*Possess significant HR or Benefits related experience (especially if in an outsourcing environment) - with ability to quickly understand the Alight Solution model and ongoing operations.
*Possess passion for customer service and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
*Experience collaborating effectively in a team environment and accountability for team results - must be comfortable and skilled in developing strategies and plans, as well as executing tactics in a hands-on environment.
*Ability to lead and thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks with urgency and setting priorities for aligned teams.
*Possess excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
*Have a strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute plans to achieve company objectives.
