About the Role
The VP of Professional Services leads service delivery to clients, emphasizing leadership, strategic thinking, and client relationship management. This role ensures successful service delivery, client satisfaction, retention, and business growth. It is crucial in linking client-facing teams, engagement services, and professional services to deliver on clients' benefits platform experience.
Responsibilities
*Developing and executing strategies to deliver a world class professional services organization. Ensures strategies are aligned with our goals, focusing on key performance indicators, innovation, client satisfaction and efficiency.
*Leading, mentoring and inspiring colleagues and people leaders to exemplify our values. Embraces Continuous Performance Management and ensures all colleagues have opportunity to learn and grow their careers.
*Leveraging technology, data & analytics, and process excellence to drive exceptional service, productivity, efficiency, and cost management.
*Cultivating, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring that the services aligns with objectives. Monitoring client satisfaction through feedback mechanisms and implementing improvements based on feedback.
*Delivering exceptional collaboration with key partners across the organization. Partnering closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering.
*Playing a pivotal role in relationship management with our clients, sales team and internal partners. Participates in customer presentations and meetings with current and potential clients.
*Overseeing Professional Services budget to meet corporate revenue objectives and cost expectations. Partners with finance to monitor performance and communicate results to executive leadership and the team.
*Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends in benefits.
Requirements
*15+ years operations / service delivery /professional services experience.
*7+ years leading a large professional services organization. Able to recruit, manage and grow high performing teams.
*Display ability to work in a global team environment.
*Demonstrate ability in developing and executing strategy, and in delivering operational excellence.
*Show ability to develop business plans and financial models that support strategic objectives and priorities.
*Have exceptional leadership ability, able to achieve and maintain collaborative and highly productive relationships. . Inspires and motivates teams. Maintains excellent colleague engagement.
