Position Summary
The Rosalind Franklin University Health Clinics invites applications for a Care Coach Driver Position. The Care Coach Driver performs duties to safely transport the Rosalind Franklin Health Clinics Care Coach to various community events for the delivery of healthcare services in the Lake county area. This is a part-time position at 20 hours a week.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Drive the RFU Health Clinics Care Coach, a single unit large truck with self-contained exam rooms to various Lake County locations
Prepare the coach for the events by establishing proper parking location, ensure heat/air conditioning operating properly, ensure refrigerators working, set up at location (stairs, exam rooms, awnings, etc.)
Ensure Coach is maintained and in working condition, work with RFU staff on vehicle maintenance of Coach and other vehicles in the RFU fleet (scheduling appts and dropping off/ picking up for maintenance needs, providing report of services completed, etc.)
Fuel and wash Coach as needed;
Inspect Coach for safety concerns
Support clinic staff, including clerical and office duties. Making copies, picking up printing orders, maintaining storage rooms clean and organized, doing inventory, filing charts, putting together educational packets, etc. Inspect Coach for safety concerns
Perform clerical and other office duties to assist Care Coach providers in event preparation, during the event and record keeping together educational packets, etc. Inspect Coach for
Monitor the Care Coach during events to ensure only patients and authorized personnel access the vehicle
Conditions of Employment
Must achieve satisfactory results from a background check, including a motor vehicle record clearance
Compliance with the current COVID19 vaccination policy
Required Education & Experience
High school degree or GED equivalent
At least one year experience driving
Must be at least 25 years of age with a valid CDL Class C or higher and must have had a valid standard Driver's License in effect for at least three years
Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
Must be able to safely drive a large vehicle in all weather conditions
Basic computer skills, including email and google calendar
Ability to work/interact with a variety of internal and external constituents; show respect and sensitivity to cultural differences
Strong work ethic and high level integrity
Strong team work ability
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years driving a commercial/oversized vehicle
Bilingual; Spanish speaker
