Description of Role:
Operations Analyst is within the Kodiak Solutions Revenue Cycle group. This position requires a strong understanding of billing processes as well as business processes and operations. The Operations Analyst would mainly assist and/or be responsible for billing and collections including invoice preparation, generation, review, coordination, follow up as well as maintenance and updating of documents and reports. He/She should be detail-oriented, organized, a problem solver who can work with stakeholders at multiple levels in the organization to understand business practices as well as project goals and objectives, and determine the best approach for task completion. The ability to work independently, an analytical mindset and a solutions focus are critical, along with strength in working with numbers. The Operations Analyst may be asked to perform other duties as needs arise, including project management, contract management, and resource management.

Business Case:
The role is to assist with Revenue Cycle operations support activities that historically have been owned by client service personnel and/or to alleviate tasks from the LOB Operations role. The volume of reporting and operational tasks has grown to an (analyst level) and we need to offload this work from important resources' plates. These activities include: mainly billing and collections as well as quality assurance, contracting, project management, budgeting, sales administration, financial metrics and reporting, follow ups, etc.

Pipeline:
This ongoing body of work will continue to grow going forward as the need for invoicing, financial metrics, and reporting is not slowing down. This resource may be able to streamline various activities as assigned and create bandwidth to perform additional duties such as provide assistance to the finance and people operations team.
