The salary range for this role is:$81,732.56 - $138,934.64

Responsibilities:
This role can be remote in the following states: AR, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, MI, MN, NE, NV, NJ, NC, SC, OH, OR, PA, TN, TX, VA, WA, WI.

The Indirect Sourcing Manager will partner with Del Monte Foods, Inc. (DMFI) corporate service team members across the business, as well as our Facilities.This position will be tasked with supporting efforts to optimize procurement processes, manage vendor relationships, and project manage initiatives across various corporate services categories, including but not limited to: facilities management, professional services, HR, IT, travel and entertainment, and office supplies.This role requires a strategic thinker with strong negotiation skills, a customer-centric approach, and a passion for driving efficiency and value for DMFI. This position will interact with all levels of the organization and is accountable for understanding key business drivers, strategies, and requirements. This position will help champion the overall direction, execution, and support of sourcing projects under management.
Accountable for maintaining the standards set forth in Del Monte Foods, Inc. (DMFI) Procurement Policy, Processes, and Procedures relating to DMFI's Corporate Services and Facilities spend.

Strategic Sourcing:
Participate in cross-functional collaboration to align procurement strategies with company budgets and objectives.
Support the creation and implementation of comprehensive category strategies and sourcing strategies for Indirect Categories, working with the Senior Director to set objectives 1-3 years out, focused on bringing competitive advantage to DMFI through expected quality and service at the best cost.
Conduct market analysis and benchmark studies to identify opportunities and process improvements in categories that are managed.

Cost Optimization and Financial Analysis:
Provide support managing the annual Corporate Services and Facilities operating plan and latest estimates (budget), which consists of item level forecasts grounded in a strong understanding of service markets and supplier costs to determine standard cost.
Support the identification of cost savings projects by challenging supplier pricing, focusing on continuous improvement, and reducing non-value-added administrative activities.
Continually analyze Procurement KPIs and Financial Metrics to track performance through Purchase Price Variance (PPV) reporting and reviewing results of cost savings initiatives or adverse events.
Provide appropriate visibility to management of service pricing and its impact on company financials.

Supplier Relationship Management:
Act as the first point of contact for several key relationships and provide support administrating policy and systems in partnership with stakeholders (example: P-card, vehicle leasing, business travel).
Collaborate with Business Owners to manage the supplier relationships with our strategic partners.
Foster strong and collaborative relationships with suppliers that advance mutual growth and innovation.
Routinely identify and evaluate new sources of supply for DMFI by identifying suppliers with new and evolving capabilities.
Support the drafting, negotiation, and management of contracts for all corporate services and facilities suppliers and ensuring that contract policy is enforced through partnership with DMFI Legal.
Support the development of vendor management cadence and meeting format for spend under management.
Be involved in the Supplier Corrective Action process as needed.
General Responsibilities:
Participate in the development of documentation to further services and growth of department (Standard Operation Procedures, Playbooks, Training Materials).
Support Continuous Improvement efforts to achieve the overall department's Continuous Improvement savings targets (Develop Catalogs, etc.).
