Duties and Responsibilities 
 The Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Neurosciences at Loyola University Medical Center is currently recruiting for a Clinical Psychologist to provide services to oncology patients and their families at the Loyola - Cardinal Bernardin Cancer Center. The position allows for an academic appointment at Loyola University Chicago consummate with the applicant's experience. The Psychosocial Oncology Program has been an integral part of the care offered at the cancer center since 1997. The Candidate will join a dynamic care team and provide assessment and consultation services for our hematology/oncology patients and their families, participate in clinical research and contribute to the educational program for psychology trainees, oncology and psychiatry residents, fellows and medical students. The Psychosocial Oncology program is primed for growth and development and the incoming faculty member will play an instrumental role in this process. Candidate must be a licensed (or license-eligible) clinical psychologist with a PhD or PsyD degree and have completed an APA-approved internship by the anticipated time of hire. Additionally, experience in health psychology is required and experience in psychosocial oncology is strongly preferred, candidates should have strong collaboration skills and be accustomed to working with multi-disciplinary teams within an inpatient and outpatient setting.
