PURPOSE:
This position is responsible for managing all aspects of the recruitment process, including maintaining a strong pipeline of candidates, ensuring that open positions are filled with qualified, talented candidates, and creating and administering recruitment training.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (performs other duties as assigned):
Reviews applications and interviews applicants to match experience with specific job related requirements.
Successfully manages, prioritizes and closes requisitions against stated timelines.
Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
Educates hiring managers on the legal requirements of recruitment.
Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; emphasizing benefits and perks.
Monitors ATS (Applicant Tracking System) performance - opens and resolves vendor trouble-shooting tickets.
Manage and report on Exit Interview data.
Runs reports for compliance with OFCCP and AAP reports.
Negotiates with candidate and extends formal employment offers ensuring consistency and compliance.
Forges dynamic relationships with business leaders, hiring managers and HR Business Partners.
Works with hiring managers to identify position specifications, develop job descriptions and advertise and partner with managers during the recruitment process.
Leverages online recruiting resources and in-house ATS to identify and recruit high quality candidates. Develops and maintains a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.
Provides complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the Company and position.
Conducts regular follow-up to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans.
Maintains applicant tracking records in compliance with Company and legal procedures.
Conducts pre-employment assessments and screenings (background checks, references, drug screenings, E-Verify, etc.).
Participates in the development of ongoing creative and cost-effective sourcing strategies, including diverse hires.
Prepares recruiting reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
Protects the employee and organizational value by keeping information confidential.
Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements.
Completes special projects by clarifying project objectives, setting timetables and schedules, conducting research, developing and organizing information, and fulfilling various activities.
Represents the Company effectively and professionally.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or GED
Three years of recruiting experience
Excellent computer skills; proficient with Microsoft Office
High level of personal and professional integrity with ability to appropriately handle highly confidential information
Ability to multi-task and achieve specific, metric based results is key
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to appropriately modify communication style based on audience and subject matter
Ability to work independently on projects and function effectively in a team environment
Ability to effectively represent the company in a positive and professional manner
Strong interpersonal effectiveness with the ability to develop positive working relationships at all levels of the organization; includes ability to work across functional areas in order to accomplish objectives
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORKING CONDITIONS:
General office environment (keyboard, mouse, telephone use)
Manual dexterity (grasp, hand/wrist movement)
