Program Coordinator of Business Operations

  • Responsibilities:
    A Program Coordinator typically:
    1. Assists in the financial management of the department programs/grants by performing accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
    2. Understands university policy and procedure as well as the grant awarding agencies
    3. Assists in generating and submitting quarterly reports
    4. Monitors the university financial system to ensure payments are made correctly
    5. Purchases items under the supervision of the Director of Operations, reviews purchase card transactions.
    6. Assists in the financial analysis and projections of the department
    7. Manages the department equipment inventory.
  • Required Qualifications:
    CREDENTIALS TO BE VERIFIED BY PLACEMENT OFFICER:
    1. Bachelor's degree
    2. Three years of experience in grant procedure and grant accounting*

    *Note: Master's Degree in an area consistent with the duties of the position may be substituted for one (1 year) of work experience.
  • Starting Salary: $4,206/month
