Job Description
Job duties:
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients while actively seeking opportunities to expand client base.
- Promote Eurex’s crypto derivatives products (futures and options) in the U.S.
- Promote Eurex’s equity derivatives products (futures and options) to different customer groups.
- Contact prospective customers to present information and explain available products and services.
- Identify investment opportunities or develop channels for purchase or sale of Eurex’ equity derivatives products.
- Determine customers’ financial services needs and prepare proposals to sell services that address these needs.
- Customize financial products to meet customer needs.
- Keep abreast of market conditions and trends, regulations, and changes in the equity derivatives landscape.
- Inform clients of market conditions, including volume, price, competition, or dynamics.
- Provide clients with reports and analysis related to equity derivatives products.
- Discuss financial options with clients and keep them informed about transactions.
- Monitor sales activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Business, Economics, or closely related field of study;
- 3-year experience in the job offered, as VP of Sales - Market Data and Services, or similar position selling financial products or services;
- 2-year experience working with each of the following: SAP C4 tool, Eurex trading GUI tool, Bloomberg terminal, and Eurex’s equity index products (TRFs, DAX indexes, STOXX indexes, MSCI indexes, MSCI Indexes, Dividend futures, VSTOXX); and
- Any experience working with market data from cryptocurrency exchanges.
