As a Manager in Training (Sales Preferred) in Marion, IL and surrounding areas, you'll be immersed in a comprehensive training program designed to unleash your potential while driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate client relationships through exceptional customer service and account management.
- Mentor and train team members to foster a culture of excellence.
- Manage budgets effectively and execute advertising strategies both inside and outside the company.
- Meet sales quotas while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Demonstrate strong leadership within the assigned territory, communicating effectively with sales team members and attending relevant meetings and seminars.
- Drive food and beverage sales by leveraging industry knowledge and market trends.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Monitor contract compliance and address any issues promptly to maintain strong partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs and drive revenue growth.
Minimum Requirements:
- 2 years of management experience.
- Sales experience is preferred.
- Valid driver's license and ability to lift heavy objects.
- Customer service, training, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills.
- Residency in or near Marion, IL.
