System Job Title: Facility Specialist (FAS-03)
POSITION SUMMARY
Under general supervision, the Facility Specialist, Janitor is responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly Building / Facility. Work is performed with some independence within established policies, procedures and techniques, and is subject to general or direct supervision as the work situation warrants.
As part of the DSV team, Associates are expected to meet company objectives in the areas of performance, safety, and quality. Associates are expected to comply with all corporate and site-specific policies.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain offices, cubical, conference rooms, restrooms, and or any other office space clean and in orderly fashion.
Maintain Storage areas (neat and clean)
Maintains cleanliness of exterior grounds (bay areas, lobby entrances, etc.,)
Empty trash receptacles in the warehouse daily at a minimum.
Maintain floors daily to ensure cleanliness, no dirt and debris, obstacles and trip/slip hazards. Post hazard information signs where needed.
Maintain materials in a neat, clean and orderly fashion.
OTHER DUTIES
Performs other duties as assigned.
Work overtime as dictated by business whether mandatory or voluntary

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education and/or Experience
Must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Must be able to work in unregulated temperatures within the warehouse during the warmer and colder months can range from mild to moderate
