We are looking for an experienced, proven Senior Recruiter to join our expanding Go-to-Market (GTM) Recruiting Team. In this role you will work with senior leaders to build impactful partnerships, create innovative hiring strategies and influence organizational design. AS A SENIOR RECRUITER AT SNOWFLAKE, YOU WILL:

Work with key business, recruiting and hiring leaders to develop innovative strategies to align on, attract and hire top leadership talent across a myriad of roles.
Source, engage and assess Director+ level talent, producing quality leadership hires
Work cross functionally with HR business partners, compensation, finance and operations to drive leadership hiring
Report on key recruiting metrics and implement course-correction to ensure equity, efficiency and an exceptional experience.
Take ownership in talent branding activities and operate as an ambassador of Snowflake's culture to seasoned leaders across the tech community both internally and externally.

OUR IDEAL SENIOR RECRUITER WILL HAVE:
10+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, including working with Director+ hiring managers to hire seasoned Go-to-Market leaders
2+ years in-house recruiting experience
Experience in successfully developing and executing leadership hiring strategies
Ability to influence key stakeholders to align on strategy, maintaining impactful relationships across tenure.
Proven track record of solving complex challenges and achieving consistent results.

The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role:
The estimated base salary range for this role is $138,000 - $196,300.
Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake's bonus and equity plan.
The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. This role is also eligible for a competitive package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance; 401(k) retirement plan; flexible spending & health savings account; at least 12 paid holidays; paid time off; parental leave; employee assistance program; and other company benefits.
