About the Role
As the Senior Client Success Executive, you will manage strategic partnership channels and a book of business. Your main focus will be ensuring satisfaction and retention of Alight services. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to provide strategic direction and engagement. You will also work with leadership to identify opportunities for expanding Alight's service footprint and boosting revenue.

Responsibilities
Overseeing the overall client retention, satisfaction and growth of all clients under the assigned strategic channel.
Serving as a strategic advisor to employers, consultants, and partners under the assigned strategic channel.
Providing strategic development, execution, and problem solving to define concrete solutions.
Overseeing the renewal strategy development, packaging, presentation, and negotiation activities to retain channel partnerships. Partner with other enterprise leaders on renewal strategies for clients with multiple products and services.
Managing and delivering regular updates with channel partners and key stakeholders internally and externally.
Providing leadership and guidance to the Client Success Executive (CSE) and Client Success Manager (CSM).
Assisting Client Success leadership in mentoring team to ensure best practices are followed by Client Facing associates.
Establishing and/improving positive strategic relationships with senior client executives and the client team. Owning development and execution of compelling business cases and comprehensive reporting to clients and broker/consultant partners.

Requirements
10+ years of individual success in account management/client success within either a carrier,consulting/brokerage firm or healthcare vendor.
Demonstrate a successful track record managing partner relationships and large (10,000+ lives) employer accounts.
Able to understand and develop financial projections/P&L, as well as other performance metrics
Possess organizational, management, administrative and human relations skills in which exhibit maturity, leadership, sensitivity, and teamwork.
Display negotiation and leveraging skills. Must be persuasive and tactful when negotiating and dealing with consultants/brokers, team members, peers, and superiors.
Demonstrate success meeting goals/targets and managing a complex book of business.
Possess ability to facilitate and guide strategic planning discussion to help clients define key health plan objectives.
Demonstrate the capacity to listen, inquire, clarify, and translate strategic discussion into a measurable plan of action.
Possess deep customer success and Health Plan expertise with a client-first mentality to achieve business goals
