About the Role
Alight is looking for a talented Senior Designer with an incredible design eye, and an outstanding digital/print portfolio. Having a proven experience to help inspire our Design Studio from inception to production.
Responsibilities
*Demonstrating passion and the ability to collaborate and partner with others to create forward-thinking solutions.
*Ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all design deliverables.
*Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and high-quality design deliverables.
*Demonstrating articulate communication goals, audience needs, and creative rationale to internal team members.
*Managing multiple projects and prioritize work to effectively manage budgets and meet project deadlines.
*Practicing continuous learning about the creative process, principles and techniques, and software programs.
Requirements
*Possess 8 + years of design experience with an agency and in-house studio
*Have excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating creativity aligned closely with strategy
*Have the ability to negotiate and make targeted decisions quickly to build credibility
*Have excellent organizational, project management skills along with demonstrated presentation, business development and selling skills
*Able to understand individual project/team roles/responsibilities, while encouraging colleagues to go beyond to add value
*Have experience engaging with and presenting to clients as needed while delivering with excellence and profitability
*Have a master-level understanding of InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, HTML, digital and emerging trends. Must have experience in XD (IN5 experience recommended)
*Have a comprehensive design portfolio, extensive digital work and demonstrate a proven ability to create innovative content. This includes cutting-edge creative content across various platforms.
*Have a demonstrated knowledge of production and post-production process for digital and print
