Position Overview:

Responds to customer inquiries by telephone or e-mail to provide non-technical problem resolution. Resolve complex or unusual requests and problems that may require a customized response andcommunicates solution or requested information to the customer. Analyze a customer's service needs and refer to other service or technical departments for follow-up or additional information as needed. Provide updates to other internal teams on customer needs and factors that contribute to customer satisfaction. May be assigned to support products that are more complex or critical.

What you'll do as the Repairs Lead:

Lead Integration Team
Manage and Maintain facility technical equipment andconnections
Manage and Maintain customer Images and deploymentequipment
Perform customer specific configuration on technical equipment to customerspecifications
Perform first level troubleshooting on new and customer returnedequipmentPerforms job function in accordancetothe Quality and Environmental Management System (QEMS)
Follows customer personal computer system hardware and software specifications based on theconfiguration services being performed and the instructionssupplied
Complies with departmental training certification requirements based on configuration level. Troubleshoots malfunctioning units using efficientproblem solvingtechniques and departmental procedures.
Researcheshardware and software literature to keep abreast on new product / service developments and announcements.
Works with Lead Technicians ondifficult to solveproblems or configurations.
Imaging and configuration of mobile devices
Asset/inventory trackingUnpacks appropriateunits,hardwareand software and then installs each at default or to custom specifications.
Tests configured systems for appropriate functioning and troubleshoot for any errors found.
Completes all required documentation of installation including a quality assurance sheet to ensure accurate billing with respect to warranty contract, proper processing of defective products and timely vendor returns and reimbursements.
Leads and supervises day to day operations within the Integration Center
What you will bring to the team:

High School Diploma or Equivalent
Technical Degree preferred
A+, MCP
MSCE preferred
Experienced with Microsoft Office 2010,Wordand Excel
Sense of urgency
Strong attention to detail
Prompt, motivated self-starter
Strong interpersonal effectiveness and communication skills
Easily adaptable#LI-TO1
