What we need:
Our creative department is seeking an outstanding Designer who can communicate clearly and effectively - someone who is willing to learn our clients' brands, needs and methods for success.

What you'll do:
Translate marketing strategies into appropriate design recommendations, and develop concepts to support marketing goals
Be a brand steward - maintain and oversee client's brand standards and guidelines
Concept and execute sound creative ideas for email, digital, social, print collateral, video and other marketing communications in an efficient and economical manner
Create outstanding concepts in a way that shows a thorough understanding of the audience and project strategy
Work alongside other Designers, Copywriters, Production Artists, Animators and Front-End Developers to ensure creative vision is achieved and client expectations are met
Offer client and team members innovative advice and solutions from industry examples and experience
Prioritize workload and demonstrate excellent time management skills
Develop and refine concepts that support marketing goals
Execute communications pieces with clarity, timeliness, and on budget
Complete all necessary admin responsibilities in a timely manner (e.g., time tracking, annual reviews)

What you'll bring:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Art Direction, Digital Media Design or Visual Arts preferred
3+ years total experience in a design (print and/or digital) function
Online portfolio demonstrating strong creative visual concepts and execution
Demonstrated understanding of clients' business needs, and the ability to concept and design compelling solutions that align with overall creative strategy
Skills to contribute through the entire design life cycle, from producing rough concepts to delivering a polished design solution
Capability of working on multiple projects simultaneously, small or large, with various project leads
Ability to take ownership of projects, as well as willingness to step in to help others as needed
Capacity to listen, digest and resolve client feedback with creative solutions and a can-do attitude
Awareness and understanding of current technologies
Great sense of humor; willingness to work hard
Ability to think in the big picture, while still obsessive about the details
Experience in Adobe Creative Suite is required
Sketch experience preferred, but not required
Experience working with Data teams and with dynamic content preferred, but not required
CRM and/or Loyalty experience preferred, but not required
Experience working with clients preferred, but not required
