Job Description
Perform lead role in the design, development, analysis, testing, implementation, and maintenance of Message Oriented Middleware applications within the financial services domain. Provide leadership and guidance on Messaging Middleware using API of C#, C++, etc. Provide technical leadership to development teams in terms of Middleware; and obtain development team’s agreement on the acceptance of the architecture developed to implement how the Middleware can fit together at a high-level. Ensure the solution architecture align with the roadmaps established by the enterprise architecture and it adheres to the enterprise architecture principles. Ensure that the patterns and guidance developed should be reusable in a broader enterprise architecture context. Lead efforts to ensure quality standards are being met within existing and planned framework. Work closely with product owner and QA teams to ensure acceptance criteria are well defined and met. Provide regular feedback of progress to product owner. Ensure that the development team is using best practices and new Middleware technologies. Ensure code reviews are carried out for all team members. Increase the productivity and throughput of the team through continuous improvements. Release working software that meets the stability and quality metrics agreed by the team and business.
