Medline offers a robust corporate rotational program that provides you with unparalleled flexibility experiencing multiple divisions before settling on a career. You will be able to take ownership on projects as well as get a feel for day to day work in each of your 6-month rotations. In addition to the project work, Medline will provide you with learning/networking opportunities throughout your rotations through available job shadows, lunch & learns with company leadership, in-house trainings/classes, and a formal mentorship program. The rotational opportunities will cut across all divisions, providing you with a broad and valuable experience, allowing you to see firsthand what it takes to be an industry leader.

The responsibilities of positions within the program may include:
Regularly perform duties core duties expected of Associate level professionals in the assigned division/team
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results and common goals
Research the market and performing analyses to determine new opportunities to grow the business
Communicate with customers, reps, internal departments, and vendors, as needed
Recommend and implement improvements, modifications or additions to current state
Participate in overall strategy, competitive analyses, research and development requirements, as well as other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree with a minimum 3.0 GPA
Previous internship experience preferred
Active interest in the Healthcare industry preferred
Excellent organizational, planning, communication and follow-up skills required
Excellent presentation skills for large and small groups
Must have strategic, analytical and problem-solving skills
Must have a bias toward action and be results oriented
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Unrestricted permanent US work authorization
