Job Description

We are seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Technical ProductAssociate. As a Technical ProductAssociate, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and management of the Certinia and Salesforce products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, Work Dynamics, JLLT and Finance Operation professionals, to ensure the successful ongoing optimization of Certinia and Salesforce. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our organization and make a direct impact on the internal JLL teams.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the product and business teams to create and refine product user stories, bugs.
Assist in managing the end-to-end product development lifecycle, including requirements gathering and testing.
Support the coordination of product releases and updates, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication across all stakeholders.
Work closely with engineering teams to define technical requirements and resolve any product-related issues.
Collect and analyze user feedback and data to inform the product manager making roadmap decisions.
Assist in the creation and maintenance of product documentation, including user guides.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to Certinia major releases.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in product management, product marketing, or a related role.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiar with product management software and tools, such as DevOps, Jira, Trello, or similar.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies and user-centered design principles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Detail-oriented mindset, with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
Passion for technology and a desire to contribute to the growth and success of the organization.
