Position Summary:
As a pivotal member of the Customer Facing Applications team, you will hold strategic oversight for enhancing digital functionalities across Parker.com and other customer-centric platforms. Your role is crucial in delivering impactful digital experiences. You will adeptly identify and interpret business requirements, integrating them with scalable enterprise solutions. This role demands your proactive orchestration of these solutions to fruition, employing agile methodologies to ensure rapid and iterative development.
In collaboration with the integrated marketing and design teams, as well as key business stakeholders, you will significantly contribute to the strategic planning and execution of the global website's roadmap. You will spearhead the introduction of new digital experiences, meticulously ensuring they align with business objectives, complement existing web applications, and adhere to the meticulously crafted user journey. Your commitment to agile principles will enable you to adapt quickly to changing priorities, foster continuous improvement, and deliver high-value features at a consistent pace.
Your leadership is pivotal in fostering synergies across various teams, driving the evolution of unified digital experiences that align with the overarching business strategy and user engagement goals. Through the agile framework, you will facilitate collaboration, transparency, and cross-functional teamwork, ensuring that all project milestones are met with efficiency and adaptability.

Primary Responsibilities:
This role is subject to Export Control Restrictions (ITAR) and all applicants must be a U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident, Refugee, or Asylee.

Leverage User Data to drive decision-making
Lead assigned projects, including assigning tasks, coordinating efforts, and monitoring performance across cross functional teams and third-party resources.
Deployment and ongoing tuning of website platform to improve defined metrics on parker.com and other customer facing applications.
Understands system requirements, including identifying program interactions and appropriate interfaces between affected components and sub systems.
General support for digital features and on Parker.com, like Adobe Experience Manager, translation processes, product information, and other key features.
Analyzes website platform system and data requirements, including identifying appropriate interfaces, and works with other functional and technical to implement.
Recommends new technologies and methodologies to management for meeting business needs, resolving problems and exploiting opportunities. Remains current with new technologies.
Participates in system testing and validation procedures, programming, configuring and documentation.
Writes and/or reviews system specifications, including output requirements and flow charts.
Assists in preparing project plans using project management tools.
Reviews test results; documents test activities, and records remedial actions.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science or related discipline.
Overall 5+ years of IT technical experience working in enterprise level environments.
Strong project management skills. Demonstrating the ability to manage many competing projects simultaneously.
