Job Description
Our client is a private equity backed manufacturing firm who is seeking a Remote Senior HR Business Partner to join their team! In this role you will be a crucial member of the HR team and handle all aspects of HR with a strong focus on employee relations and talent management/development. This is a remote role that will require 25% travel to locations on the East Coast and in the Mid-West.The Role:
- Manage an employee population of roughly 800 employees, working alongside two other HRBPs and reporting up to an HR Director
- Serve as a trust HR advisor to employees at all levels, handling employee relations matter withs the utmost confidentiality.
- Collaborate with the TA team for hiring and onboarding new hires
- Work closely with leads to implement performance management programs and succession planning needs
- Partner with Total Rewards team on benefits and compensation related matters
- 8+ years of HR experience, with a preference for experience at private equity backed company
- This person will be responsible for any new M and A transactions--really important that they have experience with this
- Thrives in fast-paced environments and has experience in managing HR through mergers and acquisitions
- Proficient in both tactical and strategic HR function
- Demonstrates ability to navigate complexities unique in a decentralized business model
- Skilled in aligning HR strategies with business objectives in dynamic settings
- Proven track record of success in partnering with senior leadership in private equity-backed ventures
