JOB DUTIES:
Responsible for supporting customer inquiries for modification, spare parts, and other related items for Buss Kneader and gear box machine to support Latin American market and aluminum smelter market. Specific duties will be to: (1) generate modifications for all markets and spare parts for aluminum market quotations and enter orders in the ERP system for Buss Kneader and related equipment for North American and Latin American customers; (2) produce invoices for progress payment or to close out sales orders; (3) plan and coordinate shipments of items to fill customers’ orders, including export and other documents, on a timely basis; (4) service Buss Kneader and gear boxes machines with technicians (hands on) to support all Latin American customers and aluminum smelter; (5) maintain close relationship with customers with a specific focus on aluminum smelter plants in North and South America; (6) educate customers on products, recommend technical solutions to their inquiries; and (7) maintain complete knowledge of all products and services within aluminum smelter and related target industries.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering, or related; two years of mechanical engineering experience, including with aluminum smelter plants; and proficiency with Buss Kneaders. International travel with North America and South America required.
