Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Specialist (Campaigns) to spearhead the development of campaigns and internal education initiatives at MSA. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening our market presence and positioning the firm for growth opportunities. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a dynamic and supportive environment. This position is located in any of our 17 office locations in Wisconsin, Illinois, Iowa, and Minnesota, with remote work flexibility.
The work you may do
- Manage multiple projects and responsibilities effectively and independently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with overall business objectives.
- Oversee the implementation and execution of email/social media/online/direct mail campaigns from end-to-end, including strategy, testing plan, creative development, reviews, milestone tracking, execution, and performance analysis.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights.
- Review speaking engagement requirements and prepare abstracts and presentation collateral to promote MSA’s thought leadership.
- Develop and maintain campaign-related marketing materials, including brochures, pamphlets, and other aides.
- Maintain marketing information systems, including DAM, ERP, and CRM.
- Support internal and external client event strategy, development, and coordination.
- Develop and manage campaigns that support MSA’s business and strategic plans to generate new business for the firm.
