JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Support the manufacturing facility to rapidly resolve light fabrications quality and velocity issue
* Work on longer term engineering changes to improve quality and velocity.
* Will be a First responder for Large Mining Truck and Large Wheel Loader manufacturing issues.
* Responsible for engineering changes for manufacturing issues and current product field issues.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor's degree in engineering with 5-7 of experience OR
* Associate"s Degree with 10+ years of experience
* CAD modeling (PTC Creo preferred).
* FEA (Creo Simulate preferred).
* Cost modeling and design for manufacturing experience.
* APQP experience.
* Demonstrated ability to work well in collaborative environment and to communicate effectively in cross functional teams
* Experience collaborating with suppliers.
* Team player and detail oriented.
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawing, schematics and computer-generated reports.
