Nalco Water, an Ecolab Company, seeks an Assistant Vice President - Digital Corporate Accounts to join its Digital Commercial Team. You'll be responsible for developing and expanding new and existing national accounts in the Heavy Industrial (power, primary metals. Downstream, chemicals, and mining) markets. Through outstanding presentation skills and style, you'll help our customers be more profitable by saving water, energy and waste. As an AVP, Digital Corporate Accounts leader, you will drive sales growth and effectively manage relationships with our customers.

What You Will Do:
Develop and expand existing and new national accounts in the industry segment
Build C-Suite relationships and drive digital transformation to help our industrial clients reduce, reuse and recycle water; reduce carbon; reduce energy, and other sustainability goals.
Design and implement strategic business plans for national accounts
Present value-add products and programs, highlighting impact to the customer's business
Ensure customer service delivery emphasizing the delivery of Nalco Water's digitalvalue proposition
Build and secure major new business accounts at the corporate level
Partner and lead service and sales teams to ensure that revenue and profit targets are met
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
8 years of sales experience
Immigration sponsorship is not available for this role
Overnight travel of 50%
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA preferred
Management consulting background preferred
Demonstrated large account management success in selected industry with executive-level relationship sales experience
Financial and analytical skills, including the understanding of a P&L and the financial implications of customers situations and concerns

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range:Base salary range is $170,000 - $180,000. This position has base salary and is eligible to participate in a discretionary bonus plan as a 25% of eligible pay, per plan terms.

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range is based on full-time 40 hours per week. Ecolab in good faith anticipates it will pay within the posted range. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining the compensation for a potential new employee such as education, training, experience, work location, travel (if required), etc.
