Estimated annual base pay: $99,600.00(minimum) - $124,500.00(midpoint) - $149,400.00(maximum)

Are you ready to make your mark? If you're an Engineering Supervisor, we have an exciting opportunity for you. A System Test Facility engineering supervisor is responsible for overseeing a team of mechanical development technicians and ensuring that projects are completed on time. They are responsible for assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing guidance and support to team members. They also work closely with other departments to ensure that projects are aligned with company goals and objectives. Additionally, engineering supervisors are responsible for maintaining a safe working environment and ensuring that all team members adhere to safety protocols and procedures. They may also be responsible for developing and implementing training programs to enhance the skills of team members.

What You Will Be Doing
Managing day to day work of mechanical development technicians
Develop and maintain training matrix for their group
First line of defense for escalations in the System Test Facility
Implements and supports continuous improvement initiatives to improve product development velocity and cost efficiency in the System Test Facility

What We Are Looking For
4 year technical degree and 2-5 years engineering experience in a related field or 6-8 years equivalent experience without a 4 year technical degree
Demonstrated leadership competency in an engineering environment
