Job Description
Set floor to roof supports. Build or hang ventilation controls. Hang and handle power cables. Rock dust. Shovel and clean up spillage. Load and unload supplies and handle materials. Mine drainage including pumping and ditching. Assist in power moves. Assist in belt moves, installation and repair. Heavy equipment operation. Welding and torch skills. Use of hand tools. Wearing personal safety equipment. Work weekends. Work all shifts. Safety conscious. Self motivated. Good communication skills. Work well with others.
