Position Overview
Responds to customer inquiries by telephone or e-mail to provide non-technical problem resolution. Resolves complex or unusual requests and problems that may require a customized response and communicates solution or requested information to the customer. Analyze a customer's service needs and refer to other service or technical departments for follow up or additional information as needed. Provide updates to other internal teams on customer needs and factors that contribute to customer satisfaction. May be assigned to support products that are more complex or critical.
Key Responsibilities

TheITAD Leadprimarily responsible for:
Directs work and Leads the ITAD team workers for all work stations
Performs job function in accordance to the Quality and Environmental Management System (QEMS)
Provides customer service to internal and external customers
Assists with creation of work instructions and their deployment
Ensure technical equipment and connections are functional and communicates issues
Works with other departments to facilitate and solve escalations and setting work priorities
Compiles data reporting and metrics per approved tools, AX, FTM, Etc as needed.
Tracks inquiries and ensures resolution
Works with various TSC departments to facilitate solutions to internal and client requests
Execute daily work instructions as per Manager and Supervisor directions
Works with ITAD team and client to meet SLA goals
Coordinates asset/inventory tracking and counting
We are seeking candidates with the following experience and skills
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:
Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Proficient in utilizing Microsoft applications
Proficient in typing and working on computer systems
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to multi task
Has gained proficiency in multiple competencies relevant to the job.
Knowledgeable and has worked in warehouse environment
Works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function.
Great organizational skills
Good interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail
Typically requires 3-5 years of related experience.#LI-TO1
