The Talent Systems Senior Analyst will demonstrate high proficiency in system knowledge, process analysis, configuration abilities, project management, and communication with leadership. This individual will work independently within a team setting to provide system support and consultation to the portfolio of existing and incoming Talent Technology solutions to ensure successful strategic objectives are met for the Firm. The individual will provide best practice recommendations, system configuration, support, and troubleshooting for assigned systems and areas of focus. The individual will possess an interest in Human Resources Technology, working knowledge of human resources processes, strong project management, leadership, and facilitation skills. The individual will provide insightful consultative solutions and welcome the challenge of solving across various functions to meet the changing needs of our Firm.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Function as the technology subject matter expert to internal business and human resources functional leaders and teams to drive system implementations, release management, identification of business and technology best practices and solutions and assist in the development and delivery of end user training:
*Designs and configures solutions related to release, patches and other updates needed for HR Technology products.
*Develops training solutions and supporting documentation based on needs assessment and audience. Delivers training to end users and participants on processes and functionality for any of the HR Technology products.
*Function as a technology change champion and must be actively involved in the larger external community of the firms' technology solutions and uses the network to solicit others for best practice recommendations, help drive vendor provided product enhancements and to continually learn of the art of possible.
*Creates and maintains clear, comprehensive, documented business requirements for requested changes, enhancements, or projects; accountable for articulating functional processes from beginning to end and providing thought leadership on functionality and design.
2. Develops project plans and executes upon identified task to ensure quality and timely delivery of solutions, leveraging knowledge of human resources functional practices and technology capabilities. Works collaboratively with Talent Technology leaders and business stakeholders on large size projects. Collaborates with HR/Business to ensure proposed changes/solutions align with requirements and maximizes value to stakeholders. Ability to think globally for impact but also be able to manage relevant details. Leads and supports medium size projects.
3. Serve as the day-to-day system support for monitoring daily integrations, troubleshooting and system functionality inquiries. Key contact for Talent Operations and HR/Business end users. Primary contact for assigned vendor relationships to ensure successful implementations of software, integrations, and ongoing daily maintenance. Initiates escalation and case management with external vendors as needed to resolve errors. Responsible for assessing post-production system or integration for enhancements that are needed based on issues, system releases and vendor integration updates.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS
(MUST NOTE REQUIRED OR PREFERRED)
Bachelor's degree preferred OR a significant amount of related work experience beyond the minimum required for the position.
TECHNICAL SKILLS
(MUST NOTE REQUIRED OR PREFERRED)
4-5 years' experience advanced knowledge of designing and building solutions in one more HR technology platforms(required)
Working knowledge of various human resources functions such as: recruiting, HR operations (manager self-service, employee self-service), performance management, compensation, learning (required)
Ability to build relationships and collaborates with others across a multi-location, multi-function matrix organization to achieve success (required)
Highly autonomous and self-managed individual that can prioritize and meet deadlines with minimal supervision (required)
