Manager, Salesforce - Application Evolution Services (Multiple Positions), PwC US Consulting LLP, Chicago, IL. Assist clients implement and operate new capabilities, achieve operational efficiencies, and harness the power of technology. Help organizations harness the power of their enterprise applications by optimizing the technology while driving transformation and innovation to increase business performance. Assist clients in capitalizing on technology improvements, implementing new capabilities, and achieving operational efficiencies by managing and maintaining their application ecosystems. Help clients maximize the value of their Salesforce investment by managing the support and continuous transformation of their solutions in areas such as sales, service, marketing and customer relationship management. Supervise and coach teams.

40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, plus 5 years of post-bachelor’s, progressive related work experience.

In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, plus 3 years of related work experience.

Any one or more of the following certification(s) required: Salesforce Certified Administrator; Salesforce Advanced Administrator; Salesforce Certified Developer; Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant; or Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant.

Must have at least one year of experience with each of the following:

• Defining and delivering scalable technical solution architecture and integrated solutions involving different Salesforce clouds;
• Working with the Business Architect and/or Business Analyst to translate the customer requirements into a working solution;
• Performing systems application implementations, software configurations, or other related coding in at least one or more of the following technical product suites: Salesforce.com, SAP, Oracle, Marketo, cloud business applications, or on-premise ERP business applications; and
• Performing third party integrations, applying knowledge of third-party functionality and impact of these integrations.

80% telecommuting permitted. Must be able to commute to the designated local office.

Travel requirement(s): Domestic and/or international travel up to 80% required.
