Estimated hourly base pay: $27.40 (minimum) - $34.23 (midpoint) - $41.06 (maximum) Plus shift differential (10% 2nd Shift) and overtime

Are you ready to make your mark? Woodward is hiring for 2nd Shift Operations Specialist in the Servo Valve Production Department at the Rock Cut Campus. This individual will be the first line of defense for production related issues. They will be responsible for resolving minor manufacturing issues and working towards product and process improvements.
What You Will Be Doing
Supporting the members and automation line in the clean room
Troubleshooting robots, welders, nozzle setters and other equipment
Releasing work orders
Performing production work as needed to assist with meeting customer demands.
Training new members on manufacturing processes, documentation, and other primary functions in the department
What We Are Looking For
High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
A minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing role is required.
This position requires use of information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR and EAR, or possess all required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State Department and the U.S. Department of Commerce.
