Salesforce is looking for a highly effective team member to assist in the design, development and execution of enablement programs, content, and communications to support our Global Renewals and Success Sales organization. The goal is to ensure that all our employees have the knowledge and skills to effectively implement in their role; making them more productive and successful, and to ensure we have cross-functional process alignment with our partner teams across the business.

Responsibilities:

Project Manage and ensure progress of various aspects of people development, change management, enablement, communications, and content strategy.

Assist in defining the enablement strategy and approach for programs and process for the global organization.

Responsible for creating, updating and organizing content for Renewals business processes, primarily in Operations, that will provide employees with concise, useful information and standard processes.

Creation of well written, clear and concise technical and functional level documentation

Creation, definition and management of content templates that scale across global teams and drive consistency

Deliver Enablement content to employees via webinars, on-demand training courses, and instructor-led training workshops.

Support the definition, creation and deployment of a clear and robust communication and content strategy.

Create, update and manage global communications, create engaging presentations and training materials.

Required Skills/Experience:

1+ years experience working as a business analyst or organizational change analyst with a proven track record of success.

Experience writing high-quality and engaging content including training documentation and presentations.

Strong ability to represent concepts, as well as summarize and communicate complex ideas into documentation with a sense of how Renewal Managers think, absorb training, and process content.

Excellent attention to detail, oral, written and presentation skills, confident communicator.

Strong writing and PowerPoint skills; must be able to create impactful, training presentations.

Strategic problem solver that can see the big picture, innovate and adapt to constant change.

Flexible schedule, the ability to work with our global Renewals teams in different time zones.

Excellent time management skills with the ability to organize and prioritize effectively.

Ability to handle multiple priorities and deliver on-time results.

Get it done attitude with a strong sense of team spirit.

Ability to work under pressure, highly adaptable and well organized.

Experience using or administering Salesforce CRM.

Desired Skills/Experience:

Knowledge of salesforce.com product and platform features, capabilities, and best use.

Willingness and desire to take on additional tasks or pilot projects that are beneficial to the department or to the organization.

Experience with an enterprise CRM or customer service application.

Experience documenting processes based on system implementations / templates in a fortune 500 company setting.

Developed and implemented Organizational Change programs including partner engagement, analysis, and communication plans.

Creative, design or artistic background & experience.

Familiarity with learning and/or design software tools (Photoshop, Articulate Storyline, Final Cut Pro, Captivate, Camtasia, etc...) is a plus
