Your Role
As Facilities Intern in Gensler's Chicago office, you will join our creative environment for a full-time, 2-week, paid internship opportunity beginning approximately June 3, 2024 and ending June 14, 2024.
What You Will Do
Assist in all aspects of office operations within the Facilities team including meeting prep, event support, inventory management, and all aspects of mail room operations.
Between day-to-day responsibilities, the intern will also engage in one-on-one conversations with a range of Gensler employees who support business operations, gaining invaluable experience.
Assist with our office's change management strategy by helping to implement a new system of mail delivery for our the mail room.
Your Qualifications
You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program.
You have completed your third year of an undergraduate program or first year of a graduate program and are returning to your program post-internship.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
Strong verbal, written, and graphic communication skills.
Resourceful, self-motivated, enthusiastic team player.
