Seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to help lead our team to success.  As the General Manager you will oversee all aspects of daily operations from strategic planning to personnel management, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership in a similar role, with a minimum of five years of management experience, and additional industry experience desired. General Responsibilities Include:
• Lead, manage and hold employees accountable reinforcing the company’s Values, Vision, Culture and established policies and procedures
• Ensuring Branch Operations meet the company’s standards
• Positions are properly staffed, working effectively as a team with all personnel being a focal point for questions or concerns
• Support EOS Process, attending department L-10 meetings and embracing the manager tools. Attendance of quarterly Branch Operations meetings required
• Maintain effective working relationships with customers, vendors, and others related to the company
• Manage strategic projects and implement in conjunction with the Leadership Team
• Support safety practices across all locations, ensuring employees complete required safety trainings and inspections and all regulatory compliance is maintained

Education, Experience and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business or other related field; Master’s degree is a plus
Ideal candidates should possess 5 years management experience, additional industry experience desired
Strong understanding of business acumen and general understanding of ERP systems
Strong communication, organization and time management skills.
Skilled in Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
High emotional intelligence and ability to lead diverse teams
Strong problem solving, project management and creative resourcefulness.
Self starter, independent worker and thinker
Ability to think and operate objectively in order to do the right thing.
