As a key supporter of the Global Product Marketing team, the Portfolio Marketing Advisor drives focus on the most impactful business activities, optimizes deployment of resources, and enhances marketing performance. The Portfolio Marketing Advisor is responsible for portfolio marketing planning and positioning, organizational performance reporting, and business unit marketing reviews.

Responsibilities:

+ Supports Product Marketing leaders with building and editing strategic portfolio positioning.

+ Coordinates Portfolio Marketing event participation at regional tradeshows

+ Supports marketing planning process, driving the strategic and tactical planning cadence for Product Marketing

+ Partners with budget owners to coordinate planning for program spend budget, aligning investment allocations with strategic portfolio plans

+ Assist in sales and channel enablement development programs for portfolio-specific content and utilization

+ Influence strategy as part of a holistic plan to accelerate pipeline and drive additional commercial focus where needed in alignment with the overall plan for the portfolio

+ Partners with Product Marketing stakeholders as well as the Global Marketing Operations team for reporting, benchmarking, and analytics initiatives

+ Coordinates Product Marketing goal setting and tracks progress against KPIs to drive accountability

+ Supports development of training programs to enhance business IQ across the Product Marketing organization

+ Coordinates quarterly business reviews with the Business Units for strategic performance and planning

+ Supports strategic projects including transformational and cross-functional projects for the Product Marketing Team

Qualifications:

Required:

+ Bachelor’s degree in a business discipline

+ 8+ years’ experience in operations or marketing in a B2B company, ideally in a high tech and/or channel driven business

+ Proactive, dependable, self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment

+ Ability to lead through influence and collaborate effectively across functions and global teams

+ Superior organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting commitments and deadlines, and influencing others to do the same

+ Maintains strong relationships with key stakeholders

+ Process improvement-oriented change agent with strong change management skills

+ Strong interpersonal and senior management level communication skills

+ Successful track record of facilitating planning and executing strategic & tactical plans that are integrated and aligned with the rest of the organization and the corporate strategy

+ Strong project management skills including scheduling, resource allocation, risk/issue management

+ Ability to interpret strategies and extract insights from data, creating tangible, accurate, data-rich reporting to drive critical discussions and decisions

+ Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred:

+ Experience with marketing resource management tools, Salesforce, Power BI a plus

Salary: USD 104400.00 – USD 156600.00 Yearly

Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.

Additionally, all Zebra roles are eligible for cash incentive programs. For example, sales roles have additional opportunity to earn substantial variable compensation tied to quota achievement. In most other roles, the Zebra annual cash incentive program links Company and individual performance together. Some roles may also be eligible for long-term incentive equity awards.
