Pay : $55k-$58/yr
Shift : 3:15pm-11:45pm
Responsibilities
+ Conducts wet chemistry and instrument tests following procedures and USP standards.
+ Skilled in operating various equipment including Dishwasher, Balance Micropipette, LC, GC, IR, Auto-titrator, Oven, Viscometer, pH Meter.
+ Performs tests like Water Determination, Visual Comparison, Package Integrity, Density, Refractive Index, pH, Organoleptic.
+ Understands market dynamics, reads USP-NF, and follows cGMP requirements.
+ Familiar with organization’s Stability program for sample testing.
+ Proficient in using organization’s QMS program, revises PAR/RMS/BAP/FRM packets with minimal supervision, conducts peer reviews.
+ Undertakes assigned projects under supervision.
+ Performs calculations in BAPs and basic statistics (% Difference, Average, Standard Deviation, % RSD).
+ Familiar with company nonconformance SOPs, assists in root cause investigations under supervision.
Requirements
+ Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, or related field, preferably with 0-1 years of lab experience in cosmetics/pharmaceutical OTC industry.
+ Follows all safety standards at work and during job tasks.
+ Proficient in using computers in a Windows environment, with knowledge of Excel, Word, and/or Access Database preferred.
+ Understands safety standards and risks in Quality Control settings.
+ Comfortable using office equipment.
+ Open to working various shifts or modified schedules based on departmental needs.
