Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
+ Work across functional accountabilities like, order mgmt, HPM, service, gov’t comm’l, A/R / collections to prevent defects and delays
+ Understand requirements of the gov’t and build personal expertise in their various processes to insure our work meets the needs
+ Early success, visibility to and management of govt orders moving from order to cash collected, end to end process to reduce defects and past due amounts
+ Long term, clear standard work and continuous improvement of the end to end with the outcome of less manual interventions required
+ Problem solving mindset for the unique scenarios that arise
+ Identify issues early, and resolve escalations quickly
+ Lead daily / weekly mgmt across accountabilities for unbilled and in process billing
Required Qualifications
+ 5 years of experience in customer facing operations or processes
+ Clear strength in written and oral communication
+ Demonstrated experience leading and influencing across functions
Desired Characteristics
+ Lean / continuous improvement experience
+ Strong data driven, problem solving skill set
+ Strong active listening and customer centricity
