Job Description
Looking for a Psychiatrist to evaluate patients, preparespsychiatric assessments, and provides court testimony related to involuntarycommitment. They also respond to emergencies and maintain accurate medicalrecords.
RESPONSIBILITIES:+ Conduct psychiatric evaluations and write program notes.
+ Attend court hearings and provide expert testimony.
+ Respond to emergencies (restraints, seclusions, injuries,etc.).
+ Maintain comprehensive medical records.
QUALIFICATIONS:+ Illinois medical license.
+ American Board Certification in psychiatry.
+ Experience in psychological exams and treatment planning.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:+ Prescriptive authority required.
+ Patient population: Adults.
+ Work hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm (nonights or weekends).
