We are searching for aHuman Resources Project Manager (Temporary)to join our team located at our headquarters in Lake Forest, IL.

Your Role:

As theHuman Resources Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the HR pillar to prepare the business for a significant new initiativewithin the organization.

You will have the opportunity to:

+ Oversee project management, gain insights from data, and recommending actions

+ Execute the HR strategy and tactics

+ Provide advice, counsel, and coaching on issues, structure, people, and process

Ultimately, you will integrate business strategy and values into an aligned HR strategy to drive business results thereby making a significant and important impact on our company and employees. We need you to have:

+ BA/BS degree in a related field.

+ 8+ years of HR Generalist experience.

+ 2+ years of talent acquisition experience (recruiting).

+ 2+ years of employee relations experience (engagement, retention).

+ 2+ years of project management experience.

+ Excellent capabilities in Microsoft Office, including Excel.

+ Ability to travel as needed to our Appleton/Weyauwega, WI and Lewiston, UT based plants.

Icing on the cake:

+ Experience working in the Consumer Product Goods industry.
