Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic, flexible and result oriented experienced Sr. CX Training Professional to join our team.
The salary range for this position is $89,000 – $111,200. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education geography and other relevant factors.
Key Responsibilities
· Ability to introduce and structure new training courses. · Develop and maintain training content. · Develop content using e-learning tools (Video Editor, Articulate, Adobe Captivate etc.). · Introduce & Maintain Training Catalog and Schedule. · Conduct technical Classroom, Remote, and Hybrid Training. · Familiarity with learning management system (LMS) will be an advantage.Must Have
· Highly desirable to have Industrial Safety Gas Detection Product experience, specifically Honeywell BW and RAE. · Experience with deploying Gas Detection Products & technical customer engagement will be an advantage. · Independently worked to launch any training programs. · Strong written and verbal communication skills to execute training and persuade within the organization.
