Description:

Company is a worldwide manufacturing leader of rubber, plastic and chemical products. The facility in Plainfield manufactures and produces a variety of plastic compounds used in multiple industries (i.e., thermoplastics, custom compounds, plastic adhesives, bioplastics, etc.) There products can be found in home/consumer goods, automotive industries, etc.

Production Operators are responsible for maintaining and meeting all production goals as well as productivity, to obtain complete customer satisfaction through production value, and employee effectiveness.

Production Associate:

Follow packaging instructions to properly complete a pack out

Assist with the cleaning of equipment and other department cleaning procedures

Review and complete assigned work orders

Assist with the general assembly of boxes and other required packages

Boxes/Gaylords can weight 22lbs when empty- typical day candidates may put togethere up 300 boxes/night

Taping boxes, label making, placing correct labels

Assist with the warehouse, production, and rail yard sanitation

Inspect product to identify and remove contaminations

Assist with floor loads and other restacking projects

Assist with work orders for repacks: Box to bag, box to box, Super sack to box.

Assist with railcar/container hook-ups

Assist with departments recycling program including gathering and bailing of corrugated cardboard, liners, etc.

May unload/load materials with Forklift (sit down) cant promise ideally they rotate stations

Must be able to lift 55lbs

SHIFT HOURS:

2nd shift: 12pm-8:30pm x2 openings Monday-Friday

Pay: $19 on 2nd
