Who we Are:

Intel Federal LLC is a wholly owned subsidiary of Intel Corporation responsible for managing Intel’s business with the US Federal Government. We collaborate with Sales and Marketing, government affairs, and Intel business units (BUs) across Intel to develop and execute programs for US Government (USG) agencies. Intel Federal works with and across the defense industrial base (DIB) and systems integrator (SI) ecosystem to deliver mission solutions to USG customers.

Establish Intel as the national champion for semiconductors. As a Data Analyst in Intel Federal, you will play a crucial role in supporting data-related activities within our organization. You will work closely with the systems and business architects, and other team members to collect, analyze, and present data insights and dashboards that inform decision-making and drive business growth.

Who you are:

The Intel Federal business architecture, systems, and training (FAST) team is looking to add a data analyst to work across our data tools and systems to drive data integrity, reporting and analytics, and cross-platform master-data structures. As a Data Analyst in Intel Federal, you will play a crucial role in supporting data-related activities within our organization. You will work closely with the systems and business architects, and other team members to collect, analyze, and present data insights and dashboards that inform decision-making and drive business growth.

A day in the life of:

The Federal Data Analyst will help create, execute, and transform our internal business processes and tools, including sales pipeline development and accuracy, contract clause documentation, program financial data, data security and integrity, and ongoing systems maintenance, upgrades, and transformation. You will need to develop an in-depth knowledge of Intel Federal’s business processes, influence subject matter experts on best practices for data maintenance and integrity, and help influence the future systems roadmap.

Additional responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

+ Data Collection and Cleaning: Collect and compile data from various sources, ensuring data accuracy and completeness. Perform data cleaning and transformation as necessary to prepare it for analysis.

+ Data Analysis: Assist in conducting data analysis using data visualization tools and data analysis software. Summarize findings in clear and concise reports and dashboards.

+ Data Visualization: Create visually appealing and informative charts, graphs, and dashboards to present data insights to stakeholders. Use tools such as Salesforce, Power BI, or Excel for visualization.

+ Report Generation: Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports to communicate key metrics and findings to the team and management. Ensure reports are accurate and delivered on time.

+ Data Quality Assurance: Help maintain data quality standards by identifying and resolving data discrepancies or inconsistencies. Collaborate with other team members to establish data quality protocols.

+ Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams

+ Research and Learning: Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis. Continuously expand your knowledge and skills in data analytics techniques and tools.

Qualifications

Minimum Required Qualifications:

You must possess the below minimum requirements and minimum required qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Additional preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

This position involves work on US Government Contracts and/or proposals for US Government Contracts that limit participation to US Citizens. A person may be required to provide proof of US Citizenship in order to comply with US government requirements. Any offer by Intel for this position is conditioned upon satisfying any government requirements regarding proof of citizenship.

Bachelor’s degree in a technology related discipline and 1+ years of relevant experience or a

Master’s degree in a technology related discipline and relevant experience.

+ 1+ years of experience working with data, such as: creating business intelligence dashboard, maintaining and updating data in enterprise systems and databases (SQL, PowerBI, Tableau, SAP, Salesforce, etc)

+ 1+ years of experience with the MS Office suite: Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Teams.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

+ Experience with US government regulations and content, including FAR, DFARS, etc

+ Knowledge of USG contracts and the terms and conditions that are routinely part of USG contracts such as FAR15, OTAs, grants, cooperative agreements, etc

+ Experience with Salesforce or similar customer relationship management (CRM) tools.

+ Experience with Agiloft, Icertis or similar contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools.

+ Experience working in SAP or similar ERP tools (Oracle NetSuite, etc)

+ Experience with Dassian or similar US government contracting ERP tools will be a significant differentiator.

+ Industry certifications preferred, examples: Salesforce CRM, SAP ERP
