This position includes a $1,500 retention bonus for external new hires. You will receive a portion after 3 months of employment and the remainder after 12 months of employment.****

A Brief Overview

In this role you will work in our Pharmacy Warehouse supporting the procurement, delivery, and pick-up of patient medications, supplies, and equipment to ensure our patients receive timely delivery of their life sustaining medications. You will also be responsible for the maintenance of the warehouse and equipment.

What you will do

Fill patient orders by gathering all necessary supplies and equipment needed to meet the patient’s medical needs.

Coordinate equipment tracking procedures in preparation for shipment/delivery.

Work with multiple sources including the pharmacy, the nursing staff, and the patient to coordinate timely delivery schedules.

Ensures proper rotation and maintenance of inventory.

Assists with inventory control, such as, purchasing, receiving, stocking, and recordkeeping.

Maintains delivery log of activities and documents supplies on the Patient Delivery Record.

Retrieves, cleans, and processes returned equipment and supplies upon discharge from patient service.

Handles incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining communication with delivery employees regarding equipment orders and patient problems.

Required Qualifications

Basic awareness of problem solving and decision-making skills.

6 months+ experience in an inventory, warehouse or similar role.

Preferred Qualifications

Medical warehouse or healthcare experience.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$16.00 – $27.54

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
