Description:
30% of time will be spent on 1 big client (Meyer Supermarket) the bill every other week – high volume p card transactions (this is all done in excel)
Prepare the invoice support (done in excel) V Look ups – Pivot Tables
This is working through a large reconciling project for the team.- Reviewing, analyzing, and auditing bills and reconciling on what is not billed
- Comparing billing data versus Pcard transactions and understanding discrepancies
- Working through reconciling for over a thousand transactions for a few millions of dollars
- Managing all data heavily within Excel
- Understanding billing discrepancies so the team can then collect on dollar amounts accurately
- Taking initiative to find resolutions to errors
- Will assist with other projects as assigned

- ENTRY LEVEL degree candidate is GREAT – seeking at least 6 months – 1 year in AR (billing and invoicing would be perfect!) ; the manager loves candidates who will come in learn, and be able to develop their skills with JLL
- Willingness to problem solve and find resolutions for the team
- Must have a high attention to detail for accuracy
